FAQ
Your questions answered
Absolutely! Our courses are tailored to participants. We start with your current level, and build from there. No previous experience is required.
We can reschedule at no extra cost if conditions are unsafe. All mountain sports are weather-dependent, and we’ll always prioritise your safety. Flexibility is built into all our courses.
You need to be comfortable walking in the mountains for a full day carrying a rucksack. Standard hill-walking fitness is sufficient. If you can manage a long day walk, you’ll be fine.
We’ll confirm the exact meeting point after booking based on weather forecasts and conditions. Typically, it’s a car park near the chosen mountain area.
For Scrambling & Mountaineering, we usually provide the majority of equipment. However, a full kit list will be provided and we’ll also advise on local hire options if needed. Please note it’s usually best to book this in advance rather than on the day.
No, but we can recommend options for various budgets in the area.
