What locations or environments do your services cover?
We are based in the North West of the UK, and the majority of our Mountain Days take place in the Lake District, North Wales, or Scotland. Our training services are remote and available worldwide!
Are your instructors certified or experienced?
Our instructors have substantial experience and certifications include:
Training Peaks Coach
Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning Level 4

Do I need prior experience to get started?
Not necessarily – this depends a little on your goals, so get in touch with us to discuss!
What kind of goals can you help me train for?
We can support most outdoor fitness goals, including mountaineering, ultra running, iron man/triathlon training, wild swimming… the list goes on. If you’re unsure, just get in touch!
